MCMA Boxing classes at the MCMA Training Centre, South Harrow

Our MCMA Boxing Classes are 60 minutes in duration and are fully loaded with minimal rest periods and focus on footwork, body movement and Boxing skills for either just fitness conditioning or to get in the ring and compete.

The classes are divided into 3 main sections – Warm up and stretching, then pad work drills and conditioning exercises and then either sparring for more advanced members or defence and blocking skill training for beginners.

These classes are perfect for beginners to learn how to strike and defend themselves with all the basic boxing techniques needed to either make you fit and lean or to make you want to progress and eventually get into the Boxing Ring and fight to compete and win your own Boxing bout.

We offer a fighters platform for all of our fighting styles within our academy and training centres and can direct members to the best areas to suit each individual once we have assessed their skills and ability.

We have a full-time centre which can excel any fighter to their best ability to progress their training to their full potential. Pads and Gloves can be provided but we recommend that members do purchase their own training gear.

Equipment required: If members can bring their own skipping rope, hand wraps, pads and gloves then this is best but of course we can initially provide equipment. All training and coaching is specialised for our members and specific classes. All levels are catered for and classes will focus on each person to achieve their personal goals.

Mondays: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Tuesdays: 5:30 – 7:00pm (Full Contact Sparring – Invitation only)

Wednesdays: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Having fought and trained in the U.K. and Thailand Brian can help you achieve your goals of getting conditioned and fitter than you have ever been or if you want to take your training to the next level can teach you the ring craft to get into the ring to compete in the art of MUAY THAI. If you do not want to compete as this is not in your nature but want to still learn the art and know that you are improving your skills, MCMA MUAY THAI is officially registered with the U.K.M.F. (United Kingdom Muay Thai Federation) and can enter members of our team to official MUAY THAI gradings to assess ability and qualify your MUAY THAI skills.
